Welcome, Dancers!

Since you're on this page, you should ask yourself these three questions...

1) Have you ever imagined being a part of a Middle Eastern Style Bellydance Performance Troupe, or an Indian Style Bollywood Dance Performance Troupe?

2) Are you already a Troupe member, or have been previously - and just haven't found the right fit yet?

3) Do you LOVE Middle Eastern or Bollywood Dance SO MUCH, that you want to take your hobby to the next level? Maybe, make some cash doing what you love?

If any of the answers to these questions were - "YES!" - this might just be the opportunity you have been looking for!

The BDGR Difference:

Imagine what you could do with the support of Grand Rapids leading Middle Eastern/Bollywood Dance Studio - Bellydance Grand Rapids! Sarah Mayne, Troupe Director for the Delkash Dancers & Owner of BDGR, has been directing Professional Middle Eastern Performance Troupes since June of 2005. Na'imah, Troupe Director for the Anandani Dancers, has been coaching Middle Eastern and Bollywood Troupes and Soloists since 2006, and studies Indian classical dance as well as Bollywood.

Sarah's skills as a Director and Choreographer have taken her troupe across the nation for Performance opportunities, workshops & festivals. Na'imah has performed her sassy Bollywood choreographies throughout the country, performing and teaching everywhere from Florida to Canada! What does DELKASH mean?
Delkash (del-cash) means 'fascinating and attractive'. It is a Parsi name. All Parsis outside of India identify either India or Pakistan as their home country or country of ancestral origin. Parsis are descended from Persian Zoroastrians who emigrated to the Indian subcontinent over 1,000 years ago.
